Returns & Exchanges

At FIOBOC, we take every customer seriously and are committed to resolving their issues to their satisfaction. All of our items undergo strict quality control checks before being sent out to our customers.

If you have an issue or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item(s) and which address you should return it to.

Return Policy

  • We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first; Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address. It will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you choose your shipping carrier.
  • Online purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) made through FIOBOC are valid for return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.

  • Please contact us first before you request a return. We will be in touch with instructions for return after we receive your return request and solve your issue as soon as possible. Any return without our authorization is non-refunded.

  • If you don't like the product, or the product has no quality problems, you need to bear the cost of return.

    Return Process

    How Do I Return An Item?

    Step 1: Submit a return request on the Contact Us page or contact us at service@fioboc.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

    Step 2: We'll reach out to you with instructions for return after we receive your return request.

    Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents securely.

    Step 4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.

      How to Issue a Refund After I Return the Items? 

      • Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund according to your request.
      • For the refund, the reimbursement time will depend on the payment method you used for your order.
      • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your FIOBOC Wallet or the original payment account, as your request.
      • PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days to process and appear in your account.
      • Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company.
      • The actual payment method shall prevail for the refund to the account.
      • After a refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

      Note: FIOBOC is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as an address, contact number, or receiver’s name). In this case, we are unable to refund you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@fioboc.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! 

        Precautions On Handling Returns:

        • The outer packaging and appearance of the product should be kept intact (including the package filler and outer packaging bag), and the product accessories, tag labels, invoices, etc., must be complete;
        • Free gifts(Clearance Products) can not be returned if lost or used, or their price must be deducted.
        • If discounts such as coupons are used when purchasing products, the above coupons will no longer be returned to your account when you initiate a return. If you choose to return the item, we will refund the actual payment you paid when you purchased the item to your current payment account;
        • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable

        Order Cancellation:

        • Purchase within 24 hours, you could initiate a return at the Contact Us in time once you decide to cancel the order and we would cancel and refund the money to you;
        • Purchase over 24 hours and it hasn’t been shipped out, we would charge a 15% cancellation fee and refund the rest to you;
        • Once the product is shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled.

        The Return Shipping Fee Bearer:

        • Under these circumstances: quality problems; the product is sent wrongly; the accessories are missing; the product itself is damaged, stained, or lacks accessories; we will bear the shipping fee. Please pay shipping fee in advance, and we will confirm after receiving the returned item. After confirming that, the payment will be back to your relevant original account;
        • If you don't like the product, or the product has no quality problems, you need to bear the cost of return.

        Returnable Conditions:

        • The product itself is defective or stained upon arrival;
        • After receiving the product, the T-shirt  size and color do not match the order you placed;
        • Items that do not meet your expectations and they are unwashed, unworn, improved, and unused within 30 days of receipt.

        Exchanges:

        We offer exchanges at the moment, submit a exchanges request on the Contact Us page or contact us at service@fioboc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

        Note: The Following Non-Quality Issues Are Non-Returnable:

        • Didn’t contact FIOBOC official within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to apply for a return. 
        • Unreal loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color caused by monitor display are non-quality issues;
        • Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, changes in personal preference, and buying the product by mistake are non-quality issues;
        • Damage caused by wearing, cleaning, improper maintenance, self-cutting, or other human factors are non-quality issues;
        • Returns due to size problems have nothing to do with quality problems;
        • It is common that there are slight differences in design or style between items of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements when choosing a size.
        • Products that have been used (washing/cutting), damaged, deformed, or stained; Products after trying on (adhered to cosmetics, fragrance, odor), and those that directly affect secondary sales (tags are cut off, cuffs/necklines are deformed, etc.);
        • Clearance/On sales items are non-returnable.
        • When purchasing, ask for an invoice. When returning, please return the invoice together. If the invoice is lost, it can not be returned.
