Exchange & Returns Policy:

General Guidelines:

Every order from Fioboc comes with a 30-day return or refund guarantee. You have the right to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. To exchange or return an item, please ensure that you comply with the relevant policies to ensure that your order meets the conditions for exchange or refund:

A.The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: custom shirts/t-shirts, wholesale shirts/t-shirts, accessories, additional shirts and mystery box items, clearance items, items marked as non-returnable, and free gifts.

B.Returned items must remain unused and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, laundered, or returned after more than 30 days.

C.Any return requests not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.

D.The buyer is responsible for bearing the cost of return, and order shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. (①. If the product is not defective, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee; ②. If the product has quality problems, please pay the shipping fee in advance. Once we receive the returned items, confirm their condition, we will refund the amount to your original account.)

E.Please carefully inspect your return before sending it out. We do not accept responsibility for returns of products purchased from sources other than our store.

For US, Germany and UK customers:

  • Return at your own expense: Please use our provided local return address and choose a suitable logistics service provider to send it back yourself (the freight is at your own expense).
  • Store Gift Card Bonus: If you choose a store gift card instead of a refund, you will receive an additional 20% value in a store gift card. For example, a $100 refund will convert to a $120 store gift card.
  • Return Process:

    Step 1:Within 30 days of receiving your order, please send an email to service@fioboc.com with your order number, reason for return, and attached photos for verification.

    Step 2:Once we receive your return request, our support team will follow up on your request and provide a solution. (We understand your urgency, but please allow us some time to respond. We will get back to you as soon as possible.)

    Step 3:Place your items back in their original packaging and make sure that they have not been laundered or altered.

    Step 4:Deliver your package to a certified carrier. Please make sure to obtain a logistics receipt and tracking code so that we are aware that you are sending the items back to us.

    For Customers Outside US, Germany, and the UK:

    Contact Customer Service: If you are located outside of the supported regions, please contact customer service team for a personalized return or exchange solution.

    Exchange:

  • Please submit an exchange request on the "Contact Us" page or contact us at service@fioboc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Note:We offer a hassle-free, one-time free exchange for all products. If the exchanged clothes don't meet your expectations, explore our collection and purchase a different item at your own expense. We appreciate your understanding.

    Order Cancellation:

    • Within 24 hours of purchase, if you decide to cancel your order, you can contact us immediately to initiate a return. We will cancel the order and refund you.
    • If more than 24 hours have passed and the order has not been shipped yet, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount to you.
    • If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.

    How to Issue a Refund After I Return the Items?

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3 to 7 business days to process your request.
    • The refund will be credited back to your order original payment account as per your request.
    • PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days to process and appear in your account.
    • Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. The exact timing of this delay depends on your credit card company.
    • Once the refund process is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

    Note:The original order shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

    Note:FIOBOC does not take responsibility for delivery failures, losses, or any other issues caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes but is not limited to refusal of delivery confirmation and incorrect recipient information (such as address, contact number, or recipient's name). In such cases, we are unable to process a refund for you. If you discover any inaccuracies in your order information, please contact us at service@fioboc.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and the correct information. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

    Handling Returns:

    • The product packaging and appearance should remain intact (including packaging fillers and outer packaging bags), and the product accessories, hang tags, invoices, etc., must be complete.
    • Free gifts(Clearance Products) cannot be returned if lost or used, or their price must be deducted.
    • If discounts such as coupons are used when purchasing products, the aforementioned coupon will not be refunded to your account when you initiate a return. If you choose to return the product, we will refund the actual payment you made for the purchased item to your current payment account.

    Return Shipping Fee Bearer:

  • In the following cases: quality problems, the product is sent wrongly, missing accessories, product damage, product with stained, or missing parts; we will bear the shipping cost. Please pay the shipping fee in advance, and we will confirm after receiving the returned item. Once the confirmation is correct, the payment will be refunded to your relevant original account.
  • If you simply do not like the product or there are no quality problems, you need to bear the cost of return.
  • Common Return Questions:

    Q1:What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

    A:Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately at service@fioboc.com so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

    Q2:When will I receive the replacement item if I request an exchange?

    A:When you submit an exchange request, we will review and process your request. After processing, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link so that you can track the progress of your package.

    Q3:Can I return promotional items or gift card items?

    A:Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift card items. Promotional items are final sale items and cannot be returned.

    Q4:Can I try on the item? If I don't like it, do I meet the 30-day return policy?

    A:Unfortunately, if you don't like the item or want to return it for reasons such as style, color dissatisfaction, personal preference changes, or mistaken purchase, we do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues.
