Measure around the fullest part of your chest at nipple level (BP point), keeping the measuring tape straight.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist parallel to your belly button.This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips,keeping the measuring tape straight.

Measure your arm length by placing your hand on your hip and measuring from the top of your shoulder, down to your wrist.
