HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online.
You will also be able to track your order under 'Orders' when you sign in at My Account.
Please note, it can take a 1-2 days before the tracking information is uploaded.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL U.S. LOCATIONS?
Standard shipping applies to the continental U.S. only. Certain locations may be excluded due to shipping restrictions.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY?
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if your order is not received, incorrect, damaged, lost, or stolen. Refund requests after 7 days may not be accepted.
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact service@fioboc.com as soon as possible.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such situations, we will coordinate with the carrier to arrange delivery as quickly as possible.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you would like us to investigate further, please contact us here and have your order number ready for reference.
