Fioboc Shipping Protection Terms and Disclaimer
1. Service Overview
Fioboc Shipping Protection is designed to provide additional delivery security for eligible orders,covering possible issues such as delays,loss,damage,or theft during transit — ensuring every item arrives safely and smoothly.
This service is an optional add-on and can be selected on the product page or in the shopping cart at checkout. The coverage details and compensation standards may vary depending on the order,and the terms displayed at the time of purchase shall prevail.

2. Coverage Period
Shipping protection takes effect from the date the package is shipped and ends upon the occurrence of any of the following:
1.The package has been successfully delivered in good condition;
2.A claim for delay,loss,or damage has been approved or rejected;
3.A replacement request has been submitted and either approved or denied;
4. A replacement application has been filed.
3. Claim Conditions and Time Limits
1. Shipping Delay
·Standard delivery time: 8–12 days (subject to destination).
·If there are no tracking updates 7 days after the estimated delivery time,or if the actual delivery exceeds 15 days,a delay claim may be submitted.
·Once verified,Fioboc will either refund the insurance fee or provide a gift card worth 20% of the order amount.
·During severe weather or peak shopping seasons (e.g.,back-to-school,Black Friday,Cyber Monday),a 3–5 day delay is considered normal.
2.Damaged Package
·Claims must be submitted within 3–7 days after delivery, along with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
·Depending on the severity, Fioboc will issue a full or partial refund, or compensation in the form of a gift card.
3. Stolen Package
·If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is not received within 5 days, a theft claim may be filed.
·A police report may be required in cases of theft.
·Upon verification, Fioboc will issue either a gift card equal to the product value or a full refund (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
4. Lost Package
·If a package fails to arrive within 30–60 days after shipment, a loss claim can be filed.
·Once verified, Fioboc will offer an equivalent-value gift card or a full refund (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
5. Product Exchange
·Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
·Qualified exchanges are exempt from the reshipment fee (normally USD $6.99).
4. Required Claim Documentation
When submitting a claim, the following materials may be required:
·Photos of the damaged product and packaging;
·Screenshots or tracking records of the shipment status;
·Police report documents, if applicable (in theft cases).
5. Exclusions and Non-Compensable Situations
The following are not covered under this protection:
1. Customs taxation, detention, or destruction;
2. Delivery failure due to incorrect shipping address;
3. Recipient refusal, missed deliveries, or repeated failed delivery attempts;
4. Delays or losses due to address changes or storage requests by the recipient;
5. Non-shipping-related damage (e.g., unboxing, fitting, or regular use);
6. Free gifts, samples, e-gift cards, or subscription-based digital products;
7. Orders that were never actually shipped;
8. Flash sale or final sale products not eligible for exchange services.
6. Resolution Process
Approved claims should be processed promptly by contacting the Fioboc Customer Service Team.
*Fioboc reserves the right to determine the final resolution based on specific circumstances.
7. Special Notes
·Shipping protection must be purchased at checkout; it cannot be added after shipment.
·This service is a value-added option and cannot be purchased separately.
