Fioboc Shipping Protection Terms and Disclaimer
1. What This Service Does
Fioboc Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that helps protect your orders during transit. It covers delays, loss, damage, or theft, giving you extra peace of mind and a smoother delivery experience.
You can select this service at checkout. Coverage and benefit payments depend on the order and the terms shown when you purchase.

2. Coverage Period
Shipping Protection starts when your package is shipped and ends when one of the following occurs:
· The package is delivered in good condition;
· Your benefit payment request has been reviewed;
· A refund or replacement has been processed;
· The service period expires.
3. How Benefit Payments Work
a. Shipping Delays
You may request a benefit payment if:
· There is no tracking update for 7 consecutive days after the expected delivery date.
· The package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days after shipment
After verification, Fioboc may provide:
· Refund of the Shipping Protection fee, or
· A gift card worth 20% of your order.
⚠️ Minor delays of 3–5 days due to peak season or extreme weather are not eligible.
b. Damaged Packages
· Apply within 7 days of receipt.
Benefit options:
· Full refund.
· Partial refund
· Gift card compensation
c. Stolen Package
· If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't receive the package within 5 days, you may request a service benefit payment.
Required documents:
· Police report (if applicable)
· Surveillance footage or photos of the delivery area
· Proof you didn't receive the package
After verification, Fioboc may provide:
· Full refund (excluding taxes/shipping), or
· Equivalent gift card
d.Lost Packages
· Packages not delivered within 30–60 days are considered lost.
After verification, Fioboc may provide:
· Full refund (excluding taxes/shipping), or
· Equivalent gift card
e.Product Exchanges
· Request within 30 days of receipt.
· Approved exchanges waive the USD$6.99 replacement fee.
4. What You Need to Submit
When requesting a benefit payment, you may need to provide:
· Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damage)
· Tracking screenshots or official delivery records
· For theft cases: police reports, surveillance footage, or other proof
Incomplete documentation may delay or deny your benefit payment.
5. What's Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
· Customs fees, seizure, or destruction
· Incorrect or incomplete addresses
· Refused deliveries or multiple failed attempts
· Address changes after shipment
· Damage not caused by transit
· Free gifts, virtual items, or gift cards
· Orders not shipped or canceled
· Clearance items not eligible for exchange
⚠️ Fraudulent activity cancels all benefit payment eligibility and legal action may be pursued.
6. Processing
All benefit payment requests are reviewed by Fioboc Customer Service.
Verification with logistics or authorities may be required.
Processing usually takes 15–30 business days.
Fioboc is not responsible for delays caused by verification.
Final decisions depend on the specific case.
7. Important Notes
· Shipping Protection must be purchased at checkout; it cannot be added after shipment.
· Once activated, the service is non-refundable
· This is a value-added service and cannot be purchased separately.
