If a product does not meet or exceed your expectations, we offer a 30-day return and exchange guarantee, provided that the item remains in its original condition and retains its original tags and packaging. We are committed to making the return process as simple and convenient as possible.
Easy 4-Step Return/Exchange Process
Step 1 – Contact Us
For any request, please contact our customer service team at service@fioboc.com.
We have overseas return warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Spain, Poland, and other countries, and we will provide you with the nearest return address.
Step 2 – Pack Your Item
Securely package your item(s) and include your order information inside the package. Ensure all item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
Step 3 – Choose Your Shipping Carrier
For returns without quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose any carrier to send back your package.
Once shipped, please send us a photo of the shipping receipt. This helps us track your return and ensure smooth processing. If you have any questions during the process, our customer service team is available to assist you.
Step 4 – Refund Processing
Once we receive and confirm the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding any initial shipping fees and shipping insurance).
Refund processing takes 5–7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is complete.

1.Which kind of items are non-returnable?
Custom shirts/t-shirts, wholesale shirts/t-shirts, accessories, extra shirts and mystery box items, clearance items, flash sale items, items marked as non-returnable, and free gifts.
2.Do you offer free returns/exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we offer free returns/exchanges. For all other return or exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
Once we have received and confirmed the returned item(s), we will promptly refund the amount to your original account.
*Common defect types include: quality issues, wrong item sent, missing accessories, damaged items, stained items, and missing parts.
3.Can I return/exchange after 30 Days?
We provide return and exchange services for quality-related issues within 120 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, the return/exchange window for your order will be closed. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us at service@fioboc.com.
4.Will my coupons or gift card be reusable after cancelling an order?
Coupons/Discount Codes: Valid for one order only. They will not be automatically refunded or available for reuse. Please contact customer service to obtain a new discount code.
Gift Cards: After cancelling the order, the gift card amount used in the original order will be reactivated for future use.
5.What should I do if I haven't received my refund after 7 days?
Please contact our customer service team at service@fioboc.com, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
Refund timelines:
- PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days to process and appear in your account.
- Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
