1.2 Delivery Time Notes
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, or other external circumstances. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery status, please check your tracking information.
1.3 Duties & Import Taxes
- Depending on the customs policies of the destination country/region, some countries may impose duties, taxes, or clearance fees (not charged by us). These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed, with related costs borne by the buyer.
- Duties are usually based on product type and value. Please consult your local customs authority for details.
2.Order Processing Time
After you place an order with Fioboc, our fulfillment center processes it within 1–3 days.
For pre-order products, the shipping schedule will be specified on the product page.
3.Tracking Your Order
Once you receive a tracking email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the
information.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Some items or locations may not qualify for certain shipping methods.
4.Lost or Missing Items
- If your package has not arrived beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at service@fioboc.com for assistance.
- We want your order to reach you smoothly. Please make sure your shipping details are correct (address, phone number, name) and the package can be received on time. Unfortunately, we may not be able to refund orders that cannot be delivered for these reasons.
- If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us immediately at service@fioboc.com with your order number and the correct details.
