Delivery Process

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Your receiving time will contain 1-3 days of order processing time plus shipping Time.In case of weekends or holidays, your order will be processed within the next 1-2 working days;

Note: Due to the high demand for orders, all the order processing time may need to be delayed, but don't worry, we will send you the product in a short time;

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check your order status.

Orders over $79 ship for free standard shippping. Orders under $79 ship for standard shippping with flat rate charge of $6.99.

Thailand, India, Brazil, Mexico, Dominica, Reunion, Iraq, Mozambique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Panama, Maldives, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Palau, Turks and Caicos Islands, Seychelles, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia, Cote d'Ivoire.

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, a delay may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Import Taxes and Duties

  • Some countries/regions have already charged 5% tax at checkout, and the courier company will no longer charge customers. (Such as the UK, and EU 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia) Except for the above countries, if others need to pay import taxes, customs duties and related customs fees for imports.
  • These fees (if applicable) are determined and collected by the customs of the destination country. For more detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs directly.
  • Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, FIOBOC cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Additional Information

  • We process orders from Monday to Friday (except on weekends and holidays)
  • All delivery times are estimated and FIOBOC is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error holiday-related delays, etc.) or any other unforeseen factors.
    Note: FIOBOC is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as an address, contact number, or receiver’s name). In this case, we are unable to refund you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@fioboc.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

How to Track My Order?

  • When the order has been shipped, we would send a shipping confirmation email to you. At the same time, we would send the tracking number and the tracking link to you, then you could check the tracking information yourself.
