Measure around the fullest part of your chest at nipple level (BP point), keeping the measuring tape straight.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist parallel to your belly button.This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips,keeping the measuring tape straight.

Stand straight against a wall, and measure the distance from the floor to the top of your head.
